Come and join us for some Easter fun!!!
We’re planning our annual Easter event for siblings aged 0-5 years and it’s scheduled for Thursday 14th April starting at 11am and finishing at 2pm, at the Liverpool hospice.
If you haven’t been to the Liverpool hospice before, you will find the building on Honeys Green Lane, Liverpool, L12 9HX; the Cardinal Heenan Sixth Form is the building directly in front of the hospice so you will turn into the 6th form grounds, and drive under the classroom that forms a tall passage for you to pass through. The hospice gates are just beyond that passage. There is parking on-site and access to the grounds are through the white automatic doors (not the large wooden black doors).
We will have Easter crafts for the siblings to enjoy, some games, an egg-stravagant party lunch and an egg hunt. Weather permitting, it would be great to do some outdoor games in the grounds so I’d ask that the children wear appropriate waterproof outdoor clothing and footwear.
We would love you to join us on the day, you can drop off siblings over the age of 4 years old with us, but I’d ask you to accompany anyone 4 years and younger for the duration of the event. If you leave any siblings with us, I would need a parental consent form to cover us for the duration of the time they are with us. We are regularly asked if we can expand this event to include Claire House children and young people and I’m really sorry that we’re not able to do that at this point. Our sibling numbers are growing all of the time and this event is part of the sibling programme that is specifically just for them to have their own fun events and activities to attend.
We have 20 places available so don’t egg-nore this invitation, if anyone is interested in coming along, please let us know by Friday 8th April. Places will be given on a first come, first in basis. Once we have final numbers, we will contact you again to confirm all of the details.
