On Wednesday 16th June, the first day of the fishing season, the Claire House Club Challenge is paying for a day at Claire House.
Colin Cook, his family and all of the Claire House Club Challenge team would like to thank everyone who has kindly supported the challenge since it began in 2012.
Despite Covid restrictions, the 2020 competition, raised an incredible £12,705, with 11 teams taking part and 88 anglers fishing on the day.
Colin and his family raise this money in memory of their beautiful daughter Ellie.
Colin said “Ellie spent many special days at Claire House in the 18 months before she died, days full of fun and laughter. As a family we have precious memories of the time we spent together. By fundraising with the support of family and friends, we are helping to ensure that other families get to make memories with their children”.
