Salary £27,400 - £30,200

Do you want to come to work each morning knowing that you’re making a real difference?

At Claire House, we are passionate about helping seriously and terminally ill children live life to the full while supporting their families. Our retail operation plays a vital role in raising much-needed funds, and we strive to make each of our shops the best on the high street. To support this, we are looking for a Retail Logistics Stock Manager to take charge of our logistics operations and driver team, ensuring the efficient distribution of stock across our retail network.

About the Role
As Retail Logistics Stock Manager, you will:

• Manage and develop our driver team, providing leadership, performance management, and day-to-day support.
• Take ownership of stock movement, ensuring all Claire House shops receive the right levels of stock to meet their sales targets.
• Plan and implement logistics schedules, working closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure smooth stock distribution.
• Solve logistical challenges, adapting to the dynamic needs of a busy retail operation.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, compliance, and safety, ensuring all drivers adhere to legal and operational requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead from the front and make a real impact on the efficiency of our retail network, ultimately helping to raise more funds for the children and families we support.

This is a 37.5 hour per week role, working Monday to Friday.

What We Offer

As well as a competitive salary, you will also receive the following benefits:
• Entry into the Claire House Pension Scheme
• Life Assurance
• Enhanced Holidays – 35 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays), pro rata for part-time staff
• Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay
• Tax-Saving Schemes – including a Cycle to Work scheme
• Employee Assistance Programme

About You
We’re looking for a strong leader with excellent organisational skills who can manage a team, solve problems, and drive efficiency in our logistics operations. You’ll have experience in logistics, transport, or stock management, with a passion for making a difference. Experience in the charity retail sector would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
