Salary £22,400 - £24,700 (pro-rata)

We are currently recruiting for a Assistant Shop Manager in our Hunts Cross shop to support the Shop Manager in the day to day operation and to lead a team of volunteers. The store is open 7 days a week Monday to Sunday.

Role Available  – 22.5 hours per week, flexibility essential, hours to be worked 3 day over a 7 day rota.

You will support the Manager to ensure that the stock is processed efficiently, and that the shop floor always has the highest standards.  Assisting to maximise the store potential by ensuring the best customer service, product offer is always in place so that donors and shoppers have an amazing experience. This will be done in a manner which reflects the ethos of Claire House.
