We are looking for siblings aged 7 to 10 years who want to come and join us at Claire House Wirral for the first ever “Great Sibling Cupcake Off”. There is a clue in the title, but no baking will be involved! Instead we are inviting you to come along and decorate some pre-home-baked cup cakes with gusto and imagination and then hold a bake sale in our reception with all of the funds coming back to Claire House.
This event is being held on Tuesday 24th March 2020. We will be ready to receive siblings from 3.30pm onwards, but know that as you’ll be coming after school, you might arrive a little later than that. We will start the decorating at 4pm so we would need all siblings here by then.
Then at 4.30pm we will take the fantastic creations down to reception where we will sell them to staff, visitors, families and anyone who fancies tickling their taste buds.
We think the event will wrap up between 5 and 5.30pm.
We have a limited number of 10 places available so if anyone is interested in coming along, please register your interest by Friday 24th January. Places will be given on a first come, first in basis with a waiting list operated if we have higher numbers of siblings interested in joining this trip. After this date, you will receive a confirmation email of your place (on the trip or waiting list), re-confirmation of all of the details and a request to complete a parental consent form. Without this consent form, we are not able to have any sibling on a trip.
